Zip Car

Hello, in today class we talk about an specific brand call Zip Car, this brand idea is to have cars all over the city and gave the consumers a card like the key of a hotel room, and using an app on the cellphone you locate the car you want, using the card to unlock the car the regular car keys will be inside the car so you only need to tack the keys and turn on the car, during the class we start arguing the advantages and disadvantages of the idea, and we don’t get into a group conclusion but in my opinion this business will work only depending on the type of city and the security, why in the type of the city? Because if is a big city with a good public transport such as subway or trolley car the regular people will use the cheaper option, and why depending on the security and insecurity? Because using the antecedent on Ciudad de Mexico with the scoters and electric bicycles that one month later of the inauguration more than the half of the companies that went to the city announce that they will close because of all the robberies, imagine  lot of cars with a sticker on the windshield making easy to identify and with the keys always inside that will make much easier to the thefts continue robing , so in my opinion is not a viable idea for Mexico, Argentina and every country with insecurity problem.
