 Today we talk about so many different topics, but there was one that call more my attention, and it was the Marketing Mix, we define the Marketing Mix as the combination of the minimum variables necessary to be able to develop efficient and effective strategies for the selected market.   On today’s class we start talking about marketing mix, starting with defining what is the Swot Analysis getting into the conclusion that the Swot analysis is when a company needs that the marketing department or any particular area of a company requires generating changes or developing strategies, a situation analysis is recommended as a basis.  On today’s class we talk about entrepreneurship, we mentioned that an entrepreneur is a person that identifies an opportunity and organize the essential resources needed to take it. Regularly, it´s commonly used to people that start a business. There are two types of entrepreneurs: pure and indirect. The pure entrepreneurs are defined as the ones that initiates an enterprise not for economical need, but because they detects an opportunity and feels passion for starting it. Administration Process

  On today class we talk about administration process, we know there are many different types and styles of leadership so there are plenty types of administration process, but specifically in class we saw   4 steps of the administration process, the first one and the most important is planning, during the planning you need to consider the organization goals and the way to achieve them, there are many reasons to plan but the three most common: establish the general objective and consider the future of the organization, second to identify and compromise resources to achieve the goals, and third decide the activities I need to do in order to accomplish those goals. Types of Leadership

On this class we continue with the same topic, leadership, today we talk about Kurt Lewing and the professor mention that he was a recognized psychologist that said that there are three notables styles of leadership, the first one is the autocratic , is an style of leadership that is characterized by the individual control of the leader over all decisions and a small contribution of the group members, autocratic leaders usually make decisions based on their ideas and judgment and rarely accept of the rest, the second style is known as democratic, this style is characterized by have a leader that encourage people to participate, letting employees decide more about their functions and have sufficient powers to make decisions, also the employees can express their opinion and aren’t limited to receive orders, another important thing is to not fall into ochlocracy, two key aspects in democratic leadership is the communication and empowerment.
