Negotiation and Investor´s Profile

The last two classes we have been talking about to topics that go one with the other the first one is name Negotiation Techniques were we discos what is a negotiation and the stages of the negotiation and the second topic we discos is the investor´s profile, what type of negotiation you need to do with an investor what you need to show him and what no.

First I want to define what a negotiation is, the negotiation is to reach an agreement, in a negotiation exist tree important factor: first is that it must be beneficial for both parts, second is that there must be persuasive as a key factor, and third if this list is that you need to understand that before it is good for us, it is good for them. Another important fact in a negotiation is that you have to identify and develop a good proposal for all parts involved.

The negotiation involve six steps which are:

1.       Preparation

2.       Discussions (first suggestions)

3.       The signs (first reaction)

4.       Proposals (modified suggestions)

5.       Exchange (to give in exchange of)

6.       Agreement

The other topic we discos was the investor´s profile, we mentioned that to consider an investor you need to take in count the scalability, the monetary performance, the liquidity, in which sector he is, the social benefit, the diversification and the return of investment.

Some of the demotivating aspects of an investor are: no logical finances, lack of clarity, minimize the importance of the financial factor and the distrust due the lack of expertise.
